Founder, Mach One Operations
I started Mach One Operations because I kept seeing the same problem at clinical-stage biotechs — talented science teams moving fast without the operational infrastructure to match. Studies getting delayed, CRO relationships drifting, data packages arriving without proper review. The science was there. The execution layer wasn't.
I've spent over a decade working across DMPK, transporter studies, bioanalytical review, and CRO coordination at companies including Gilead, Genentech, and Terremoto Biosciences. That experience — sitting at the intersection of science, vendors, and cross-functional teams from early exploratory work through clinical development — is what Mach One Operations is built on.
My background isn't just technical. I hold an MBA from Golden Gate University and have completed executive education at Wharton (FP&A and Strategic Operations Management) and Harvard Business School Online (Disruptive Strategy; Leadership, Ethics, and Corporate Accountability). That combination lets me speak the language of both the lab and the leadership team — and translate between them when it matters most.
Mach One Operations works with biotech companies across the full development spectrum — from exploratory and preclinical programs through clinical stage — that need senior DMPK operational support. If your team is running studies, managing CROs, and needs someone who can hit the ground running — that's exactly what I do.
